What Is The Quality Of Your Camera?

We only use the best camera, which is the Cannon EOS Rebel T5i DSLR, in order to provide clear prints for you and your guests.

Does Your Booth Print Color Or Black And White Photos?

Our equipment can print Black\White or color. Your guests will be able to choose the style when they enter the booth.

Do You Offer Scrapbook Service?

Absolutely! Scrapbooks are offered as an extra add on to all booth packages. Please call (480)233-5499 for more information.

How Much Do You Charge For Additional Time?

Our photo booth is a hit at every event so we understand if you need extra time for your guests to get a photo. Please talk to the attendant staffed for your event, and we will accommodate your request if time permits. However, there will be an additional fee to cover the extra time needed. We will give you and your guests a courtesy 30-minute notice of when the booked time is almost over so everyone can get a photo. Please call us if you have any questions about the fee associated with requesting additional time.

Wdo You Provide A Digital Copy Of All Images Taken At The Event?

Of course! you will get a digital copy of every photo strip and digital copies of each Individual photo. This service will depend upon the package you choose.

Will My Guests Be Able To Upload Their Photos To Facebook?

Yes! At the end of each photo session, the photo booth will prompt guests to upload to Facebook. Please refer to WIFI requirements for Facebook options. Another option is to choose the supreme package for unlimited digital copies.

Do I Need Accessable Wifi At My Event?

Yes, if you want guests to upload their photos to Facebook. However, you do not need WIFI to book InstaBooth for your event.

How Many Photo Strips Will Be Printed At The Event?

InstaBooth Rental offers UNLIMITED photos per event. This special offer is what separates InstaBooth Rental from other photo booth companies. Not only is our customer service top notch, we are affordable and convenient for all.

Does Your Company Offer Props?

Yes! We can offer props for all events. We have hats, glasses, wigs, masks, boas, and more. We will provide a table at the event for easy access for your guests to choose their photo style.

Can You Print A Logo On Your Photo Strips?

Yes! Every event gets a premium designed photo strip. We can customize the strips to match your party's theme or company logo. You can e-mail us your logo at least 24 hours before your event so that we can upload it to our photo booth software and it will be ready to go at your event.

What Are The Dimensions Of The Photo Booth?

The photo booth area is approximately 5' wide by 8 high' and does require an electrical outlet. Please allow extra room for the attendant and necessary extras (props, scrapbook station, etc). If you get props we will provide a 5' long table, so an area of 10'x10' is recommended.

How Many People Can Fit In The Booth?

Canopy
-The canopy can fit 5 – 6 adults comfortably. The enclosed area is perfect for small parties and events. The canopy option is not recommended for children unless you would like to provide stools for the children to stand on.
Backdrop
-The backdrop can fit 10 people or more in a photo. This option is great for large parties where you expect many people to be in a photo. Also, this option is recommended for children under the height of 60 inches.

How Long Will It Take To Set-Up The Photo Booth Station?

Not long at all. Each attendant is trained on how to set up the booth as quickly as possible. When you make the booking, you can anticpate the attendant to be at your event at the time of yuor booking, if you have ordered the instasinglebooth/greenscreen or instabooth with canopy - the approximate set up time is 15 minutes.

How Can I Book An Event?

You can book an event in a couple of ways. You can go to the booking section of our webpage, www.instaboothrental.com and submit a request for the time and day you would like our services. Once the booking is confirmed, an attendant will call you as soon as possible to confirm the event details and go over what to expect. Or, you can call instabooth rental a representative can make the booking on your behalf and go over the details of what you can expect from instabooth.

Do I Need To Put Down A Deposit?

Yes. Before the booking is complete, you will need to submit a 30 % deposit of the total cost. This will ensure InstaBooth Rental can reserve the time you need, provide an attendant, plan travel arrangements, and collect materials to make your event that much more special. An attendant will call you directly to verify your booking details and explain how to make your deposit.

What If I Need To Cancel My Booking?

We understand that things happen and instabooth will be more than willing to work with you if you need to cancel a booking. However, due to cost and time preparation we will need at least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given in regards to a booking cancellation, then instabooth will not refund the 30% deposit. Which Waivers Will I Need To Sign?

Marketing Release
-Every event is so different and we strive to make each event unique. It is our honor and privilege to show our work at your event to the community through social media platforms and our website to inspire future customers
Property Damage Waiver
-This waiver is to provide protection to InstaBooth Rental’s assets including photography equipment, backgrounds, and props. We understand that photobooths are fun and exciting but if we see our equipment being abused or that our props are being broken, we have the right to remove the property immediately.When damage occurs we will ask for a reimbursement for the broken property.

When Do I Need To Pay The Remainder Of My Balance?

You will need to pay the attendant the remainder of your balance upon arrival.​

The travel fee will depend on how far the event is in compared to our company location in Tempe and on our attendant availability. Please contact us and tell us where your event will be located and we can give you an accurate cost.
